Laws of the game basketball

Official FIBA laws of the game are applied in competition, cbf.cz - pages in Czech.

Here are some ISL exceptions used since 1.11.2005:

  1. Duration of the game

    2 x 20 minutes (rough time), last 2 minutes in both intervals measured by actual time

  2. Time-outs

    1 x in first half, 2 x in second half, 1 x in overtime (no more time-outs without interrupting the game)

  3. Team fouls

    After 7th team foul 2 free throws will be charged

  4. Personal fouls

    Player with 6 fouls must leave the game
